THE CLUB MENU
For those who like to order 'off' the Menu

Available as an accompaniment following select events each month, Members choose The Club Menu on the first floor, in The Bar, Drawing Room and on The Terrace. These classically British and seasonal menus offer a selection of three courses: a starter, a main and a dessert for £60 to include half a carafe of wine. Bon Appétit!

NOTES FROM THE BAR & KITCHEN

As this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show comes to a close, The Mark's Club, Bar and Kitchen teams have been hard at work creating an array of botanically inspired drinks and dishes designed to embrace complement the warmer months with the best of the season's produce. Highlights include a mouth-watering Carabinero Prawn Ceviche with Blood Orange, Pea Shoots and Viola Flowers as well the fragrant and smooth Blossom Cocktail made with Rose Vermouth, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Citroen Vodka, topped up with Prosecco and garnished with Edible Daisies.

INGREDIENT OF THE MONTH:
Native Lobsters

Freshly caught from the deep waters of the Atlantic North East, we welcome the arrival of Native Lobsters at the Club, ready to be enjoyed at their very best. As versatile as they are delicious, Members can enjoy the rich distinctive flavour of Native Lobsters served steamed or grilled (half or whole lobsters depending on party size) with lashings of garlic butter, garden salad and pommes frites.
